My role was to architect and safeguard the precise processes that turned questions into answers, leading a team with an unwavering commitment to quality assurance and being entrusted with the quality control of millions of pounds of diagnostic equipment and ensuring the integrity of every result. My world revolved around a singular axis: meticulous process, flawless execution, and uncompromising standards.
